Glider Selection Dashboard
Comparing the PAM-equipped gliders of the NOAA Fisheries Glider Rodeo 2026. Same structure Kasey built — set what the mission needs, apply, then your options — with photos, sourcing and the rodeo measurements added.
Mission Parameters
Enter requirements for your mission below. Tick a row to make it a requirement; leave it unticked and it is ignored. Then press Apply.

Science payload
Pick what you need to measure, then a specific sensor if you have one in mind. The list narrows to gliders that sensor is already integrated on. Sensors and their integrations come from the glider/PAM workbook.
PAM system
Choose a recorder to keep only the gliders it is documented on, and to see its memory, channel count and bandwidth.

Glider Comparisons
Only the gliders that matched, on one scale each. Green bars are measured at the Rodeo; blue are vendor figures.
How the data behind this is organised
The cards, table and charts all read one row per glider, extending the columns already in
gliders_cleaned.csv. Four companion files join on the same id:
payloads.csv (PAM and sensors), integrations.csv (which payload runs
on which glider, with evidence), rodeo.csv (straight from
build_summary.py) and links.csv (so the reference sites appear in the
same place on every card).
Where the number came from. No source, no publish.
vendor / measured / derived — what paints the badge.
Date someone last verified it against the source.
Two sources disagree: show both, never silently pick.
